Lodeve
Falls
Lodeve is a small town of approximately 7500 inhabitants, most of whom work in the local vineyards, situated about 30 miles northwest of Montpellier.
    The Mediterranean is some 35 miles south and Spain is only three hours drive away.
    To the east, the Camargue and Arles can be reached in a couple of hours.
    Paris is perhaps a days drive northwards and Toulouse is three hours drive westwards.

Location on a map

By Air: Direct from Stanstead to Montpellier/Nimes/Carcassonne with Ryan Air or Gatwick to Montpellier with British Airways;

By Rail: Eurostar to Lille or Paris then TGV to Montpellier

By car: Road A71 from Paris to Clermont Ferrand then A75/N9 to Lodeve (a new autoroute with no tolls)

We are 5 minutes from the motorway, but we can't see or hear it! Exactly 650 miles from Calais.
Ring and ask Sally for directions - make sure NOT to ask David as, at times, he's not quite sure which universe he's in! (Good teacher — terrible guide!!)

• Bus: There is a good bus service to Lodeve from Montpellier.

• Taxi: It will cost €111 each way!

Rental Cars are available

If you would like to be collected/delivered to/from:

•  Montpellier — either airport or station, a small charge of €80 per person

• Carcassone — it's €100
per person.

• Nimes — €120 per person.
